He learned how to step down w/o holding on & he thinks it's the greatest. He's been practicing over & over. He does the happy dance every once in a while too.

yeah, he was pretty happy with himself.
he surprised himself. I saw the whole thing. He stepped down and then realized, "hey i did that with no hands"
